Alerus is seeking a Regional Vice President of Retirement Plan Sales for a remote, nationwide role. You will generate new business, manage a client portfolio, and present formal product proposals to clients in NM, TX, LA, MS, and AL.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit new business opportunities with existing customers.
• Create and maintain networking relationships to build a pipeline of business.
• Meet new business contribution goals as outlined in the performance plan.
• Understand and differentiate Alerus Retirement and Benefits products from the competition.
• Retain and expand existing customer relationships and maintain regular client communication.
