Job summary

The Corcoran Group, part of Anywhere Real Estate, seeks a Regional Vice President to manage the Southeast territory (FL, GA, TN, LA, KY, AL). This is a remote role, but candidates must reside in the territory.

You will lead sales growth, manage deal flow, and collaborate with brand and shared services to accelerate market expansion. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales with business development or consulting, strong presentation skills, and familiarity with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in a sales and/or inside sales environment with emphasis on business development and/or management consulting.
• Real Estate and/or franchise sales experience a plus.
• Experience reading and interpreting financial statements, problem solving and encouraging business deals strongly preferred.
• Confirmed capability of performing upbeat and multifaceted presentations both in person and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of complete deal flow and sales cycle including prospecting, building and encouraging relationships, negotiation, and finalizing conversions.
• Understand and implement brand’s sales strategy and meet/exceed annual quota targets through brand approved sales deal categories.
• Collaborate with brand, shared services, sales enablement and growth teams to achieve and improve effectiveness.
• Guide prospects through all phases of the sales process independently with support from manager in final meetings.
