Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Regional Vice President for The Corcoran Group to cover the Southeast territory (FL, GA, TN, LA, KY, AL). This remote role requires residing in the territory and driving franchise sales growth through strategic leadership, CRM-driven prospecting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes ownership of the sales cycle, quota attainment, and leveraging brand resources to accelerate growth across markets within the Southeast region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in sales/inside sales with business development emphasis.
• Experience reading financial statements and problem solving is a plus.
• Strong communications skills for in-person and virtual presentations.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Own full deal flow and sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
• Meet/exceed annual quota targets through brand-approved sales categories.
• Collaborate with brand, shared services, and growth teams to improve effectiveness.
• Lead meetings and guide prospects through the sales process with senior support as needed.
