Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in sales/inside sales with business development focus.
• Real Estate or franchise sales experience a plus.
• Experience reading financial statements and solving problems.
• Strong presentation skills in person and virtual.
• Approximately 50–75% travel; hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of complete deal flow and sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
• Meet/exceed annual quota targets through brand-approved sales categories.
• Collaborate with brand, shared services and growth teams to improve funnel effectiveness.
• Lead meetings and discussions with prospects throughout the process.
