Job summary

Grace, a leading global chemicals company, is seeking a Regional Turnaround Manager for the North American region. The role is remote, with frequent travel to multiple sites, to ensure safe, cost-effective, and schedule-compliant shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages.

You will partner across operations, maintenance, engineering, and reliability to standardize STO practices regionally. The position requires 10+ years in related fields, 5+ years leading STO events, and the ability to travel 50-75%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance, operations, reliability, engineering, or turnaround management in an industrial environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading Shutdowns, Turnarounds, or Outages.
• Must be willing to travel 50-75% across North America (US and Canada).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate STO readiness and performance across multiple sites.
• Champion STO governance, standards, tools, and best practices regionally.
• Support development of region-wide readiness reviews, risk analyses, and post-event improvements.
• Provide direct execution support during active shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages.
• Interface with site leadership, regional resources, and contractors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
