Job summary

Grace is seeking a Regional Turnaround Manager to lead STO readiness and performance across North American sites, ensuring safe, cost-effective shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages with cross-functional coordination.

The role requires extensive travel, strong knowledge of STO planning, contractor management, risk management, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement in complex industrial environments; remote position but must reside in the US near Grace locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance, operations, reliability, engineering, or turnaround management in an industrial environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading Shutdowns, Turnarounds, or Outages.
• Experience managing shutdowns with total event budgets in the $1MM to $5MM range.
• Strong understanding of STO planning, execution, contractor management, risk management, and industrial safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership and coordination for STO readiness and performance across multiple sites.
• Champion STO governance, standards, tools, and best practices throughout the assigned region.
• Ensure alignment between site STO priorities and enterprise STO strategy.
• Support development of a consistent regional STO culture focused on safety, quality, cost control, and schedule discipline.
• Execute support across sites during active shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages.
• Monitor regional STO safety, schedule, cost, and quality performance and identify corrective actions.
• Interface with site leadership, regional and central resources, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, planners, schedulers, and contractor leadership.
