GovCIO is seeking a Project Manager to support the TSA. The role is primarily remote with located in Springfield, VA and some travel. You will lead a large Service Desk, oversee advanced agent support, and ensure top-tier IT service delivery across tiers 0–2.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of IT PM experience, with a Public Trust clearance. Strong leadership, communication, and ITIL-like processes are essential for success.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 2–5 years IT project management experience.
• Experience leading a large 24x7x365 Service Desk for 85K users.
• Expertise with remote desktop, Active Directory and mobility tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot OS and COTS issues; maintain KB.
• Public Trust clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and manages a large, 24x7x365 Service Desk operation.
• Oversees expert agent support and testing of new apps.
• Troubleshoots OS and COTS issues; maintains Service Desk KB.
• Implements SR priority and escalation matrices in ITSM tool.
• Provides exceptional VIP support from inception to resolution.
• Plans and leads major technology assignments.
• Evaluates performance and recommends changes for growth.
• Acts as a technical expert across multiple projects.
