Job summary

Danfoss Drives is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Water to drive growth across Texas and the Gulf region from a remote location. You will cultivate relationships with municipalities, utilities, engineers, and contractors, promoting Danfoss water solutions and expanding presence in a key market.

You will lead strategic sales initiatives, manage a travel-intensive territory, and collaborate across segments to deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; equivalent industry experience.
• Solid experience in customer-facing technical sales, preferably in water/wastewater or related sectors.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, opportunity management, and account planning.

Responsibilities

• Grow Water/Wastewater business across Texas and the Southwest via new customers and strategic initiatives.
• Build relationships with end users, engineers, contractors, and channel partners as trusted advisor.
• Understand customer operations and decision processes to identify value-driven opportunities.
