Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Kansas City MO-based operations. This remote role covers profitable sales of AM Innovations siding, cladding and metals to distributors, national accounts, and pro-dealers within the territory.

The role focuses on increasing market penetration, building customer relationships, and delivering outstanding service. Requires 5+ years in building materials sales, Salesforce experience, and up to 70% travel; a vehicle is required for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales in the building materials industry, wholesale siding/cladding/metals preferred.
• Proven ability to close deals and develop new business.
• Experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
• Willing to travel up to 70% of the week.
• Vehicle that meets our vehicle reimbursement program.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed profitable growth targets and market share in the defined territory.
• Maintain and strengthen supplier-customer relationships through regular contact.
• Provide product training, competitive intel, marketing support, and installation guidance to customers.
• Ensure competitive pricing and maintain up-to-date pricing data within the territory.
• Utilize technology to communicate with customers and deliver effective presentations.
• Maintain detailed customer data and update program agreements and pricing.
• Submit weekly sales progress reports to Regional VP Direct Sales.
• Aim to increase share of customers' total spend in AM Innovations product categories.
