Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitability and market share across a defined UT/Eastern ID/MT territory. This remote role requires strong relationship building, strategic outreach, and expert product knowledge to support distributors, national accounts, and window dealers.

You will manage a remote territory, travel up to 70%, and collaborate with a team to optimize pricing, promotions, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of proven sales in building materials, with vinyl/wood/aluminum windows preferred.
• Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the week.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed profitable sales growth and market share targets.
• Proactively cultivate new leads and accelerate the sales pipeline.
• Maintain and strengthen supplier-customer relationships through regular contact.
• Provide product training, support, and competitive pricing insights.
• Communicate effectively with customers and document interactions.
• Prepare weekly sales progress reports to the Regional Director.
• Drive higher share of customers' spend across AM Innovations products.
