Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Specialty Nutrition Systems for the United States. This remote leadership role covers the Southeast (FL, GA, NC, SC) with up to 75% travel to hospitals, distributors and care settings.

You will lead a high-performing regional team, develop strategic plans, and drive adoption of enteral feeding and neonatal products while partnering with product, clinical education and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Sales Experience: 5-10 years of sales experience in medical devices, pharma, biotech, or related B2B environments.
• Leadership Experience: Sales management and team leadership experience, preferably with at least three years in a sales leadership role.
• Commercial Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, driving growth, and delivering measurable business results.
• Industry Knowledge: Medical device sales experience is highly desirable; capital equipment experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales leadership, motivating regional sales representatives and neonatal intensive care specialists.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term growth strategies and sales plans.
• Own and exceed annual sales targets across territories and accounts.
• Lead execution of sales processes and programs for disposable and capital equipment sales.
• Coach team members and strengthen sales performance and leadership capabilities.
• Allocate and deploy resources to maximize commercial outcomes.
• Partner with customers to understand needs and communicate product value.
• Maintain market intelligence on dynamics and trends to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver results.
• Promote consistent commercial practices and professional leadership.
