Kalon Executive Search for Nutraceuticals, VMS and wellness CPG is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand commercial initiatives across the Southeast Coast on a remote basis. This role requires owning regional strategy, strengthening partnerships with brands and distributors, and driving revenue growth in a fast-growing category.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years in branded nutraceutical sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and readiness to travel to client sites

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of successful sales experience within branded nutraceutical ingredients or related environments.
• Established relationships with nutraceutical brands and contract manufacturers across the East Coast.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and key events as needed.

• Drive strategic growth across the Southeast by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies.
• Build and expand relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering tailored ingredient solutions.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market trend monitoring.
• Represent the brand at meetings, trade shows, and events to enhance visibility.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, and operations to align priorities.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and accurate sales forecasting.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and report progress to senior leadership.
