Job summary

The Minka Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue across a defined Northeast US territory. This remote role covers the Great Lakes to the Northeast, with travel within the region expected.

You will develop regional sales strategies, own key accounts, manage independent sales agencies, and build brand presence with Ferguson, showrooms, builders, and designers across commercial and residential segments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in lighting, electrical, or building products.
• Experience with rep agency partners and territory growth.
• Proven ability to manage territories and hit revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Own relationships with key accounts and showrooms.
• Identify and close new business opportunities with agency partners.
• Drive product specification and project-based sales.
• Provide field reports and forecasts for the region.
• Collaborate with Ferguson OPCO Sales Managers and internal teams.
