Job summary

Western Global is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across the Gulf Territory from a remote location. The role collaborates with Marketing, Product, Finance and Inside Sales to expand market presence and manage key customer relationships.

You will drive new business, perform product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and maintain a robust pipeline while reporting weekly on activities and pipeline health.

Qualifications

• Experience of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of KPI's and sales metrics.
• Desire to deliver a quality product to internal and external customers.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Tact and diplomatic skills with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Sales training or education.
• High level of self-motivation and independence.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Western’s value proposition to customers and prospects.
• Drive new business through prospecting and expanding existing customer base.
• Perform live demonstrations/presentations of company products.
• Negotiate favorable terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain high activity levels: calls, emails, face-to-face visits, quotes.
• Utilize CRM to identify, quote, and follow up with prospects.
• Use company assets efficiently for customer engagements.
• Develop and maintain a realistic individual pipeline for designated market share.
• Assist in creating RFQ/RFPs, attend trade shows, and conduct customer training.
