Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Regional Arterial Manager to drive regional revenue growth, develop accounts, and lead a team of Account Managers across the Kentucky region. You will build relationships with physicians, health systems, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance and patient focus.

The role demands a strong background in medical device sales leadership, strategic planning, and people development. Remote-friendly, with a base plus commission structure and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership role preferred.
• Preferable, previous experience in peripheral vascular space.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share, accounts, and customer relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain key talent.
• Coach through field observations, reviews, planning, and feedback; address performance gaps and expectations.
• Monitor activity, pipeline, case coverage, account penetration, and productivity.
• Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings; complete reports.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, forecasting, and customer support.
