Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Arterial Regional Manager to drive regional revenue growth, market development, and customer adoption. You will lead Account Managers, build relationships with physicians, health systems, and stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence across the region.

You will own forecasts, develop business plans, mentor talent, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Training, Finance, and HR to align regional priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership role preferred.
• Preferable, previous experience in peripheral vascular space.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share, accounts, and relationships.
• Lead and develop Account Managers and regional teams.
• Monitor performance, pipeline, and competitive landscape.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, forecasting, and customer support.
• Represent Stryker at trade shows and build cross-functional partnerships.
