Continental Services is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the South Bend area. This remote-based role involves frequent travel within the assigned territory focused around South Bend, IN.

You will manage business development, sales, and client transitions to ensure a smooth handoff to operations after sale. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or foodservice, and a proven ability to hunt new business.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience required; hospitality/foodservice preferred.
• Must have experience hunting new business.
• Strong proficiency with electronic communication and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in sales, business marketing or similar.
• Results oriented, flexible, and able to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: generate new business through networking, cold calling, and networking; assess client needs and profitability.
• Sales: meet or exceed sales objectives while delivering comprehensive service through the sales process.
• Client Transition Support: ensure seamless handoff to operations post-sale; document client details for internal teams.
• Administrative Responsibilities: maintain pipeline via CRM (Salesforce) and SmartSheets; use LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to build leads.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities, leverage relationships, and drive process improvements.
