Qualifications

• 7–10 years of leadership in flow control sales.
• Proven track record building strategy and coaching teams.
• Experience with CRM, forecasts, and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the outside sales team to drive performance and meet goals.
• Drive revenue growth and implement cross-territory strategies across OH, KY, MI, and Western PA.
