Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive sales experience in industrial flow control.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading outside sales teams or technical sales engineers.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 6 territory Sales Engineers to achieve regional targets.
• Formulate and execute regional distribution strategies with channel partners and distributors.
• Drive sales for Flowserve’s valve portfolio including isolation and control valves.
• Collaborate with end-user facilities across chemical, refining, power, mining, and aerospace sectors to defend and expand Flowserve’s AVL presence.
• Coordinate with factory operations, QRCs, and product management to resolve escalations and warranty inquiries.
• Maintain regional forecasting and opportunity tracking in CRM and report to senior leadership.
