Job summary

Tarkett Sports is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across turf, golf, municipal, and landscaping markets. This remote role covers the Salt Lake City region, requiring travel and a proven track record in sales of complex B2B solutions.

You will build strategic customer relationships, present technical solutions, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and distributors to maximize market opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience in turf, sports turf, golf, landscaping, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding territory.
• Experience building relationships with distributors, turf professionals, grounds managers, and end users.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and strong MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships from initial contact through project completion and post-sale support.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across sports turf, golf, municipal, and landscaping markets.
• Grow existing accounts through consultative selling and regular customer engagement.
• Develop territory and distributor business plans to achieve revenue objectives.
• Present product demonstrations and field evaluations to customers and partners.
