Tarkett Sports is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales in the Salt Lake City region. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding market share, and delivering turf solutions for sports facilities, golf courses, and municipalities.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of turf customers, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with internal teams to provide value-added solutions. Travel is required to cover the assigned territory.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of sales experience in turf, sports turf, golf, landscaping, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience building and managing distributor and end-user relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with customers from initial contact to project completion.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in sports turf, golf, municipal, and landscape markets.
• Develop territory and distributor plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Present product solutions and lead field evaluations and educational sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer service to deliver exceptional service.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel.
