Job summary

Tarkett Sports is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Turf to drive sales growth and expand market share across golf courses, sports complexes, municipalities, and distributors. You will manage a turf products portfolio, provide technical expertise, and serve as a trusted advisor.

The role requires travel 50-75% within the assigned territory, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with marketing, product development, and operations to deliver value-added solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agronomy, Turfgrass Management, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory (50-75%).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across golf, sports turf, municipal, commercial landscaping, and other turf-related markets.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through consultative selling and regular account management.
Develop annual business plans for key accounts and distributors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the turf industry.
Generate accurate sales forecasts and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
