Job summary

TriMed, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across a defined region. The role focuses on developing regional strategies, driving revenue, and building high-performing sales teams with close customer collaboration.

You'll coach reps, manage territory performance, and partner with product management to address feedback while representing TriMed at industry events. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Proven success leading sales teams to revenue growth.
• Knowledge of orthopedic/surgical device sales processes.
• Understanding OR protocols and sterile field requirements.
• Experience forecasting and territory management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of sales reps to meet regional and company targets.
• Communicate territory performance and strategic priorities to the sales org.
• Set regional goals and monitor performance against targets.
• Develop product education and training within the region.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and admin personnel.
• Represent TriMed at trade shows and industry events.
• Manage regional travel and budgets responsibly.
• Support field inventory management and loans.
