PLASKOLITE is seeking a Polymer & Profiles Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across an assigned region, focusing on OEMs and distribution channels with strong product knowledge and strategic account management.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to meet objectives, while traveling 30–50% as needed. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA a plus.
• 5–10 years of progressive sales experience, preferably B2B and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and maximize margin for Polymer & Profiles segment across assigned region.
• Develop and execute account-level strategies aligned with revenue and margin goals.
• Maintain and expand relationships with OEMs and distributors; cultivate new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing for customer feedback and market insights.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on Polymer & Profiles offerings.
• Loster coordination with Ops, R&D, and Supply Chain for technical assistance.
