PLASKOLITE Pennsylvania, LLC is seeking a Product Development Engineer in Scranton, PA. The role leads product and process development from concept through commercialization, applying advanced polymer knowledge to deliver high‑performance, cost‑effective solutions that meet customer and business objectives.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to ensure new products meet performance and regulatory requirements while remaining manufacturable.

Qualifications

• Leads complex product and process development initiatives from concept through commercialization.
• Collaborates across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing.
• Requires strong project leadership and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute new product development projects from concept to production launch.
• Develop product specifications, datasheets, and technical reports for commercialization and customer communications.
• Prepare and present NPD Stage‑Gate documentation.
• Evaluate materials and technologies to improve product performance and cost.
• Lead production trial planning, execution and testing, and document results.
