Job summary

A.M. Castle & Co. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of NKS products in an assigned territory. This remote role, with a preferred Chicagoland location, reports to the Regional Operations Director and focuses on growing existing accounts while developing new opportunities.

You will lead presentations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with inside sales to expand business, delivering value-added solutions and improving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with ability to initiate and sustain productive business relationships with customers.
• Demonstrated sales skills with strong achievement orientation and negotiation skills to close business deals.
• Ability to present to clients and upper management and influence decisions.
• Experience using CRM/sales tools such as Oracle or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Represent and sell products within an assigned sales territory; identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities and business plans to increase market share and profitable sales.
• Service existing accounts and promote products and solutions with accountability for profitability growth.
• Negotiate pricing, service plans, and implementation details in line with corporate directives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with inside sales to develop joint account plans and expand business.
