Job summary

HistoWiz, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue across New England, selling digital pathology and histology laboratory services to biotech, pharmaceutical, and academic research clients.

This is a remote, field-based role covering Boston and the broader New England territory. The ideal candidate understands histology workflows and can discuss special stains, IHC, immunofluorescence, multi-omics tissue analysis, and quantitative image analysis; a high-volume pipeline mindset

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of life sciences sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or marketing.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Strong knowledge of histology or pathology workflows.
• Proven ability to build and manage a high-volume pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build territory revenue through prospecting, email, cold outreach, and in-person meetings.
• Develop new business across biotech, pharmaceutical, and academic accounts.
• Meet with key stakeholders to present services, negotiate agreements, and close deals.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and hit quarterly and annual territory goals.
• Upsell additional services to grow project scope and account value.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and lab teams to align offerings.
