Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks an Account Executive to drive revenue growth across the New England region, selling advanced histology and digital pathology services to biotech, pharmaceutical, and academic clients.

This is a highly consultative, field-based role requiring strong technical fluency, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to build long-term partnerships within the research community.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of life sciences sales experience (preferably laboratory, histology, or pathology services).
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in a field-based, quota-driven sales role.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth through targeted prospecting, outreach, and in-person client engagement.
• Develop new business across biotech, pharmaceutical, and academic accounts; close complex deals.
• Build pipelines, manage relationships with researchers, PIs, and lab leadership.
• Represent the organization at conferences and industry events; collaborate with marketing and operations.
