Job summary

Mutual of America Financial Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Retirement Plan Sales. This role is 100% remote but requires residency in Indiana, Kentucky or Ohio.

You will drive new business for 401(k) and 403(b) plans, manage a large territory, and lead client discussions with sponsors and CRM teams. The position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped quarterly commissions, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) match, parental leave, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience with proven efficiency in selling, presenting, prospecting, and territory management.
• Knowledge of retirement products (401k and 403b plans).
• Demonstrated ability to make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Active FINRA Series 6, 63, and SIE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a large territory, uncovering new sources of business.
• Meet with Plan Sponsors of 401k and 403b retirement plans through multi-channel outreach.
• Cross-sell solutions and reach/exceed goals by closing deals within the territory.
• Attend client review meetings to position the RSD for introductions and as a reference for sales opportunities.
