Job summary

Foxen, a Columbus, Ohio-based Proptech company focused on real estate insurance, seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead quota-carrying and channel sales in key markets. You will cultivate relationships with owner/operators, PMCs, and ownership groups across multifamily and related properties while driving ARR and NRR growth.

This full-time, remote role requires governing licenses for the territory and offers a competitive salary with commissions and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years experience of quota-carrying selling and/or quota-carrying client expansion in the Proptech space.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Property and casualty producer license for each state within the designated market territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process for all buyer constituent groups in your region.
• Close opportunities by accurately uncovering customer needs and addressing objections, driving Foxen’s value proposition and ensuring successful implementations.
• Own your pipeline from funnel to close, developing direct leads and partnerships to build a growing qualified pipeline.
• Present yourself as an external subject matter expert on real estate insurance products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor relationship management strategies and maintain client satisfaction.
• Travel within your territory to national/regional conferences as appropriate.
