Job summary

Foxen, a Columbus, Ohio-based Proptech firm, is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead direct and channel sales across the United States. The role targets owner/operators and ownership groups in habitational real estate, driving ARR and NRR growth with a consultative approach.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build a hygienic pipeline with brokers, and demonstrate deep knowledge of Foxen’s insurance products including Rentistry and captive strategies.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years experience in quota-carrying selling in the Proptech space.
• Licensing of property insurance helpful.
• Must hold a property and casualty producer license for each state in the market territory.
• Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales quotas and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process for all buyer groups in your region.
• Close opportunities by understanding customer needs and addressing objections.
• Navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders in client and internal teams.
• Own pipeline from lead generation to closing, including partnerships with brokers and industry partners.
• Present as an external subject matter expert on Foxen's real estate insurance products.
• Share client information with internal teams to tailor relationship strategies.
• Build collaborative relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Travel within territory and to conferences as needed.
