Job summary

Foxen is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead growth across designated US markets in proptech and real estate insurance solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, build and manage a robust pipeline, and drive ARR and NRR with owner/operators, PMCs, and ownership groups in multifamily and related sectors.

The role is full-time and remote, requiring state licensing in the territory and a proven track record in quota-carrying sales.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years quota-carrying selling in Proptech or related space.
• Experience and licensing in property insurance is helpful.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process for all buyer groups in your region.
• Close opportunities by understanding needs, addressing objections and driving ARR.
• Navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders using a consultative approach.
• Own your pipeline from lead gen to closing and build partnerships.
• Present Foxen’s real estate insurance products accurately to clients.
• Share customer insights with internal teams to shape strategy.
• Travel within territory and to national/regional conferences as needed.
• Perform other selling duties as assigned.
