Job summary

Fox Rent A Car seeks a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a broad regional portfolio of airport locations, owning the operational and financial results. The role requires strategic leadership, the ability to develop General Managers, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and cost control across multiple sites.

You will set regional goals in service and sales, review pricing with the Pricing Department, and travel extensively to coach leadership and ensure consistent

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
8–10 years of progressive operations management experience, including multi-location leadership.
Car rental or related service industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Owns full operational and financial accountability for all locations within the region.
Trains, mentors, and manages General Managers across locations.
Sets regional operational strategy and aligns with company goals.
Monitors service, sales, and utilization targets and regional performance.
Travels extensively to support locations and drive performance.
