Job summary

Oxford Life seeks a Regional Director for the Western Region who will drive sales growth across life, annuity, and Medicare supplement products. The role involves recruiting and developing agencies, delivering seminars and training, and coordinating with Home Office teams to execute regional strategies.

Travel up to 50% is required, with remote work from within the Western States and strong emphasis on relationship-building and leadership within distributor networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in home office and/or field insurance marketing and sales.
• Strong knowledge of life, annuity, and Medicare Supplement products.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and maintain relationships with agencies, producers, MGAs, IMOs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new IMOs, MGAs, GAs, and IMOs to drive profitable sales growth.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing distribution partners in the Western Region.
• Travel up to 50% to meet with partners and recruit agencies.
• Deliver seminars, presentations, webinars, and educational sessions to partners.
• Provide product training, suitability guidance, and ongoing support to distribution partners.
• Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies and budget.
