Job summary

ANM is seeking a Director of Sales for a remote, full-time role based in New Mexico. You will lead a team of sales professionals, set goals, analyze data, and drive quarterly revenue bookings and margin targets for national clients.

Develop strategies, campaigns, and pipeline opportunities to meet business objectives. The role requires mentorship of Account Managers and collaboration with partners to tailor proposals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with internal leadership to establish and execute a sales goal for the Midsouth Region.
• Managing a sales team to maximize revenue and meet or exceed goals.
• Assisting sales personnel in their sales techniques.
• Developing specific plans with Sales and Marketing to ensure growth in short and long term.
• Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
• Educating sales with presentations or strategies, seminars, and regular meetings.
• Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
• Resolve internal conflicts and customer satisfaction issues.
• Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
