Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Director of Sales & Account Management for NORAM, with the flexibility to work from Dallas or remotely on the West Coast. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through new sales, upselling and renewals, while expanding market presence in a defined geography.

You will manage key airline customer relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize customer success and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in strategic sales and account growth.
• Experience managing top-tier airline or enterprise accounts preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and negotiate complex contracts.
• Strong relationship management with C-level stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers and expand existing accounts.
• Develop account plans and lead pre-sales efforts for strategic clients.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure value delivery.
• Drive ACV growth and renewals across the NORAM region.
