Job summary

AirSculpt is seeking a Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Director to lead a remote regional sales team with responsibility for revenue, strategy, and talent development. You will partner with Operations, Marketing, Clinical Leadership, and the executive Sales organization to drive measurable revenue improvements across markets.

This senior role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to diagnose markets, develop regional plans, and execute with discipline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience across regions.
• Proven ability to grow multi-market revenue and manage performance.
• Strong data-driven approach to diagnose issues and drive recovery.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue attainment and monthly/quarterly/annual goals.
• Develop and execute regional strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
• Create turnaround plans for underperforming markets with measurable outcomes.
• Analyze drivers of revenue gaps including lead volume, scheduling, and conversion.
• Translate enterprise strategy into market-level execution.
• Build regional forecasts and monitor risks, opportunities, and pipeline health.
• Lead and develop Patient Care Consultants and sales leadership across the territory.
