Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead senior sales teams focused on cloud security in the Eastern US.

You will articulate CrowdStrike’s GTM strategies to executive audiences, present product capabilities, and drive large enterprise deals in a flexible, remote-capable role. This Director-level position emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to exceed bookings and revenue targets while building executive relationships across key

Qualifications

10+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team selling cyber security software and/or infrastructure products.
Proven experience selling to major/large enterprise accounts as a first line leader.
Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
Must be aggressive, a self-starter with ability to build executive relationships and generate demand.
Ability to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

Lead a senior sales team to drive regional Cloud Security opportunities.
Manage day-to-day personnel, pipeline development, territory and account planning, forecasting, and quotas.
Develop and execute account strategies to close new cloud security business and expand revenue.
Negotiate and close agreements to exceed bookings targets.
Gain access to decision-makers in key accounts and collaborate across functions to drive engagement.
Leverage partner ecosystems to extend account presence and relationships.
Capture and maintain accurate prospect information in Salesforce/CLARI and other tools.
Utilize MEDDPICC methodology where applicable.
