Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a sales team focused on Cloud Security in the Eastern US. The role requires executive relationship building and strong enterprise selling experience.

Candidates should be comfortable with remote work and travel on short notice. You will collaborate across Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Product Development to drive revenue and meet aggressive targets, employing MEDDPICC where possible and leveraging CrowdStrike’s AI-driven security

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solution sales experience leading a sales team selling cybersecurity software and/or infrastructure products.
• Experience selling to major/large enterprise accounts as a first line leader.
• Proven experience leading a team and building a culture of excellence.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a senior sales team and manage daily operations, pipeline and territory planning.
• Develop and execute account strategies to close Cloud Security opportunities and expand revenue.
• Negotiate and close agreements to exceed quota targets.
• Engage key decision makers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deals.
• Use Salesforce/CLARI to maintain accurate account data.
