Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the West SLED region. You will lead a senior sales team and drive revenue growth by presenting CrowdStrike’s next‑gen cyber security and threat intelligence capabilities to senior executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team selling cyber security software and/or infrastructure products to Healthcare clients and prospects.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets; experience with target account selling, solution selling, or consultative sales.
• Aptitude for building executive relationships, articulating CrowdStrike’s strategies, and creating demand that drives deals.
• Ability to explain complex technology concepts to diverse audiences, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working remotely, traveling on short notice, and collaborating across functions to drive sales results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of senior sales professionals and drive revenue growth across the West SLED region.
• Manage day-to-day personnel, pipeline, territory and account planning, forecasting, and quota attainment.
• Develop and execute account strategy to close new business and expand revenue with customers.
• Negotiate and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets.
• Access key decision makers in target accounts and build executive relationships.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Ops, SE, Services and Product teams to drive visibility and engagement across target accounts.
• Leverage partner ecosystems to expand account presence and relationships.
• Capture and maintain accurate prospect data using Salesforce.com/CLARITY.
• Experience with MEDDPICC is strongly preferred but not required.
