Job summary

Valmont Industries, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Representative - Architectural to expand market presence across a designated territory by building strategic partnerships with architects, designers, developers, contractors, and façade consultants.

Responsibilities include driving BOD specifications, managing regional accounts, and collaborating with engineering and project teams to deliver complex façade solutions and achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales/BD experience in architectural products or related industries.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent preferred.
• Proven success securing specifications and converting opportunities into project sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, owners, developers, contractors, glazing contractors, and façade consultants in the region.
• Drive products into the basis of design (BOD) and secure specifications early in design phases.
• Establish and manage regional accounts and build trusted relationships with project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, drafting, PM, estimating, and operations to develop façade solutions.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and maximize project wins.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across markets.
• Support projects from specification through delivery and field support to ensure success.
