Job summary

Atlas Molded Products, a division of Atlas Roofing Corporation, is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager - Architectural for the West Region. You will lead strategic regional sales initiatives, grow market share, and build executive-level relationships with architects, distributors, and contractors.

The role requires 10+ years of sales leadership in building materials or related industries, with a track record of revenue growth and managing remote teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent.
10+ years of progressive regional sales leadership experience.
Experience leading remote or multi-state sales teams.
Proven ability to influence specifications and develop executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of regional sales strategy to drive growth.
Manage channel partners, distributors, contractors, architects, and OEM customers.
Coach and develop Territory Sales Representatives and independent agents.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Finance to meet objectives.
Travel extensively to support customers and business initiatives.
