Job summary

Pentair is seeking an Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager to cover our pump product lines and drive aftermarket parts and service through channel partners and direct customers. This fully remote role requires up to 60% travel and frequent engagement with engineers, facility operators, and end users.

You will manage the sales development process, build distributor relationships, and promote service solutions while leveraging CRM tools to grow market share and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in parts and service for pumping equipment.
• Proven track record of identifying and winning strategic sales opportunities.
• Excellent technical and business presentation skills to engineers and facility operators.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, manage, and win new opportunities for aftermarket parts and service.
• Coordinate with sales channel and internal teams on parts and service sales development.
• Develop partnerships with channel partners and end users to capture market share.
• Conduct Lunch & Learns with engineers and maintenance teams to influence lifecycle cost decisions.
• Promote preventive and predictive capabilities to extend equipment life and solve pumping issues.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track opportunities and win rates.
