Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in parts and service for pumping equipment.
• Proven track record of identifying and winning strategic sales opportunities.
• Excellent technical and business presentation skills to engineers and operators.
• Experience with CRM tools and MS Office suites, including Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, manage, and win new aftermarket opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales channel and internal teams to drive parts and service sales.
• Develop channel partnerships and direct end-user relationships.
• Conduct technical Lunch & Learns with engineers and maintenance teams.
• Promote preventive and predictive services to extend equipment life.
• Track win-rate using a CRM like Salesforce and manage opportunities.
• Travel up to 60% and engage with distributors, customers, and events.
