Job summary

Eaton’s North American Sales division is seeking a Regional Project Manager to support the Central Region (MN, IA, MO, IL, WI, MI, IN, KS, OH) in a remote capacity. The role focuses on major electrical and mechanical project orders across sectors like Heavy Multitenant High Rise, Hospitals, Universities, Commercial Construction, Data Centers, Utilities and Industry.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage technical aspects of orders, and drive process improvements while ensuring timeliness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ of electrical industry experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Relocation is not available. Candidates must reside within Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kansas, or Ohio to be considered.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or related programs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Project Management team resources assigned to their project orders.
• Assess and apply in-depth knowledge of sales planning services to internal clients in one or more specialty areas, requiring technical application.
• Upgrade existing processes, deploy new initiatives, and recommend new solutions based on analysis and customer trends.
• Ensure compliance with applicable processes and procedures to achieve business goals.
• Proactively use competitive information to leverage advantages of Eaton Corporation.
• Negotiate internally for resources and priorities needed for customers.
• Improve financial position for Eaton and the customer.
