Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division (EESS) is seeking a Project Manager- Critical Power Projects. This role can be based remote within listed states and travel up to 50% to support sites and customers.

You will lead design-build and critical power infrastructure projects, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and contracts, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery for complex power systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum three years of project management experience in design-build electrical projects.
• Possess and maintain a Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions.
• Ability to obtain access to military and government sites, including eligibility to apply for and maintain a security clearance.
• Must reside in one of the specified states with access to a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration for electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines, including scope management, change control, SOVs, and budget oversight.
• Lead design-build and critical power infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from site assessment and scope development through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract and subcontract administration, change management, and resource coordination.
• Direct the modernization, upgrade, installation, and commissioning of electrical power systems and critical power equipment, including utility, generation, transmission, and distribution infrastructure.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction objectives.
