Job summary

Eaton’s North American Sales division seeks a Remote Regional Project Manager to support the Central Region (MN, IA, MO, IL, WI, MI, IN, KS, OH). The role manages major electrical and mechanical project orders for high-rise, hospitals, data centers, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities include leveraging project management resources, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ of electrical industry experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Relocation is not available. Candidates must reside within Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kansas, or Ohio.
• Eaton will not consider immigration sponsorship or support for this position.

Responsibilities

• Create value and establish the project order management process.
• Manage the technical aspects of major electrical assembly project orders by meeting customer specifications and timelines.
• Assess and apply knowledge of sales planning services to internal clients.
• Upgrade existing processes and deploy new initiatives.
• Negotiate internally for resources and priorities needed for customers.
• Improve financial position for Eaton and the customer.
