Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician and CSPT/PTCB certifications are required.
• MS Office suite proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional pharmacy operations within assigned region.
• Supervise regional pharmacy trainer and develop training plans.
• Implement quality assurance programs with pharmacy operations leadership.
• Assist in recruitment and interviewing of pharmacy staff.
• Perform clinic assessments to ensure SOP compliance and regulatory updates.
• Travel up to defined percentage to satellite offices as needed.
