Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC, a leading oncology network, is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Leader for Rx To Go in Florida. You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure safe, compliant pharmacy services, and oversee performance metrics across operations and finance.

You will partner with executive leaders, providers, and payers to expand patient access, enhance service quality, and lead a multidisciplinary team of pharmacists and technicians through organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Pharm D or BPharm required.
• Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP) strongly preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.
• Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rx To Go operations with the VP of Pharmacy Services, aligning with strategic goals.
• Ensure safe, compliant delivery of pharmacy services across all Rx To Go functions.
• Develop and monitor operational and financial performance metrics against budget.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, accreditation, payer requirements, and policies.
• Mentor and develop pharmacy leaders and staff; promote accountability and succession planning.
• Collaborate with executives, providers, clinical teams, and payers to improve performance and access.
