Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC seeks a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist to join the central services team in a hybrid Florida role supporting clinics in the Fort Myers and Naples areas. The Pharmacist will coordinate drug therapy, provide clinical leadership, and ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient chemotherapy management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a clinical pharmacist in hospital, home health, community oncology, or infusion center.
• Licensed pharmacist, required
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP), preferred
• Valid state Driver's License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical Oncology pharmacy support to physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff.
• Deliver up-to-date drug information on oncology therapies and biologics.
• Apply pharmacological principles for drug selection and use in clinical care.
• Lead education and mentorship within the department.
